Neil Adams

neiladamsNeil Adams has 27 years Sales, Account Management & Training experience within the B2B environment, predominantly within the Brambles Group.  During this time he has been able to work with some of the world’s leading companies, including P&G, Unilever, Nestle, Tesco and Carrefour.

Neil started his career in general sales before quickly moving into a Business Development role establishing new markets and new service offers before moving  into Account Management and managed a team responsible for over £28 million annual revenue in Europe.   Through developing relationships, understanding customers’ needs and focusing on key opportunities in the first year, the team delivered £1.9 million growth across the portfolio.

Neil then set up a Training Academy for CHEP in Northern Europe.  He established a culture of personal development for over sixty field service and sales people by developing key programs internally as well as working with external training companies.  He qualified as a Miller Heiman trainer in 2006 and has delivered Strategic Selling® to teams across Europe, Africa & India.

Neil became Head of Growth & Commercial support for Europe within CHEP.  Neil and his team acted as internal consultants supporting 15 countries across Europe, developing and implementing standard process to support customer retention and growth.

Andy Trueman

andytruemanAndy’s career has focused on leadership and change management. He is a trained Six Sigma black belt and holds a Business Management Diploma from the Warwick University Manufacturing Group. His educational qualifications are backed by over 20 years working within operations across Europe. Andy helps applying Six Sigma methodologies to everyday business processes such as recruitment and employee development and has been fundamental in designing the assessment centres.

Tony Lyddon

tonylyddonTony has over 30 years’ experience as a Generalist & specialist within in Human Resource Management in government, manufacturing and service sectors.  One key area where Tony has developed a high profile and reputation is within psychometric testing.  Tony also trains a number of programmes around team development.  Tony qualifications include; BA (Hons.) Economics; FCIPD; BPS Intermediate Level B; Trustee Member PMI.

Simone Crawford

Simone has over 20 years’ experience of HR and people management practices in national and global media and advertising organisations. Simone focuses on the development of HR policies and procedures in key areas such as legal compliance, employment contracts, HR policies and procedures, support and employment advice for managers, compensation and benefits planning.simonecrawford

She is a Member of the CIPD. She has a wealth of knowledge which she puts to good use when advising on Employee Relations issues and she also devises and delivers training and development workshops covering areas such as appraisal management, and recruitment.

Phil Biggins

philbigginsPhil’s wealth of knowledge comes from his first-hand sales experience in various roles, including time spent as managing director and group chief executive, business development director, sales director, and various senior sales roles.

Phil is a politically astute and dynamic senior manager/director, experienced in stakeholder management and gaining ownership to drive transformational change across global, national, regional and local levels. Skilled in all aspects of business development, sales and marketing cycles, he combines a well-developed strategic, operational and outcomes focus with systems thinking to anticipate risks and opportunities, and develop credible and sustainable solutions. He is able to develop effective working relationships and influence across different sectors and stakeholders, relying on his extensive public and private sector experience in the UK and overseas.

Shani Sparkes

shanisparkesShani is a seasoned Consultant, Facilitator and Executive Coach with a proven track record of listening to clients’ sales challenges, positively provoking sales leadership with strategic thoughts and developing sustainable solutions that deliver specific results.

Shani works collaboratively with entire sales organizations of corporate clients in the UK and Europe to help them improve skills, get results and transform.  She leverages her 25 years of business experience in sales and sales management to bring about increased self awareness, improved skills and personal and business change.

Shani has been engaged by clients across diverse industries including Professional Services (McKinsey), Banking (BNP Paribas), Public Sector (HMRC), IT Hardware (Wincor Nixdorf), Engineering (WS Atkins) and Telecommunications (COLT).

She has a Diploma in Executive Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching (accredited by the ICF and the EMCC), a Diploma in Training and Development – from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).  And she is a MBTI (Myers Briggs® Type Indicator Certified) Assessor.
